We have done our best to make delivery as easy and cost effective for you as possible and continually review shipping & handling costs to ensure cost effective options. Although there is a delivery charge involved in shopping with PackMyProduct, we believe that that you will in fact save money - not to mention your time and energy - by purchasing via the internet.

PackMyProduct charges for freight based on the weight of the order & delivery postcode. Various carriers are used depending on the delivery address. The most cost effective & efficient service is used.
For all orders we request customers supply a physical delivery address as bottles and jars can be too bulky and/or heavy to post. For delivery to home addresses we also require delivery instructions be provided (eg Leave on front porch)
Allow 3/4 business days to process your order plus the following transit times
Adelaide/Melbourne 1 to 2 business days
Canberra/Sydney 2 to 3 business days
Brisbane/Perth/Darwin 4 to 5 business days
Hobart/Launceston 6 to 7 business days
** Note: All orders are sent from Adelaide. If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or a regional or a remote rural area you may need to allow a few extra days.
PackMyProduct orders cannot be collected.
PackMyProduct uses a number of sales channels and because of this, on rare occasions an item may be out of stock when your order is processed. You will be immediately contacted for instructions and any payment received refunded the same working day.
